101 Gowrie offers a unique dining experience that can be enjoyed in 3 or 5 courses with an option for a full tasting menu. The menus at 101 Gowrie are deeply inspired by Haupt’s Japanese roots with an emphasis on following the seasons and exercising techniques that allow us to express the full potential of our small-scale kitchen.
