CANCELLATION AND RESERVATION CHANGES

We ask that in the case you are not able to attend your reservation that you give us 48 hours notice. In the case you communicate your cancellation 48 hours before your reservation, you will receive a full refund on your down payment. If we are notified about a cancellation less than 48 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund in the case we are able to recover your table.

We are not able to move a reservation to a different day if this is requested less than 48 hours prior to the original reservation. This is treated as a late cancellation, in which case the deposit is returned if we are able to recover your table.

If there is a reduction in the party size, this also needs to be communicated 48 hours in advance in order to receive the full deposit back. If this is communicated less than 48 hours in advance, we will deduct the down payment for the amount of people that show up to the reservation. However, if we are able to somehow recover the missing guests (for example, by placing the reduced party at a smaller table), the down payment will be deducted in full. This is subject to availability. Party size reductions on the day of reservation and without prior communication will only get the deposit back for the people that show up.

Please contact us at your soonest possible convenience in the case that you will be late. In the case there is no communication over lateness we will hold your table for 30 minutes beyond your reservation time. After that period, we will consider your table a “no show” and your table will be cancelled. In this case, the down payment is non-refundable.

DOWN PAYMENT

The down payment (€30 per person) will be deducted from your bill upon completion of your meal.

WAITING LIST

Want to make a reservation but we are fully booked? We have a waiting list which you can find in our reservations system. Our waiting list works in a way that you will receive an email the moment we receive a cancellation for the date you have placed yourself on. This email is sent to everybody who is on the waiting list for the given day. It works on a “first come first serve” basis so be quick. We are not able to predict whether or not a place will become available.

ALLERGIES

We work with a small rotational set menu that is current on our website. If you have any allergies please reach out to us before making your reservation. We cannot cater to a gluten free diet, dairy free diet or vegan diet. We cannot guarantee that we are able to cater to allergies on the day itself.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Our gift vouchers are valid for one year after the date of purchase. If after a year you haven’t used your gift voucher, please contact us to see if we can extend the validity.

We only allow the use of one gift voucher per reservation.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable.

CHILDREN

We kindly ask to not bring children younger than 13 years old to the restaurant. We do not have a children’s menu.

PETS

We love animals and pets but are unfortunately not allowed in our dining room.
